🧠 Wharton Cryptogovernance Research – Need respondents

The “Wharton Cryptogovernance Workshop” has completed its first release of its Wharton Network Governance Questionnaire – its intention is to create a way to collect data about the governance of various distributed networks in a common way.

The questionnaire also contains some implicit and explicit beliefs about what “governance” is in the context of blockchains.

I have these requests of the DGOV community:

  1. Volunteers to answer the questionnaire from the perspective of specific chains/projects
  2. Feedback on the questions themselves (I think there may need to be explanations written for each)
  3. Hosting of the questions, explanations, and answers on the DGOV wiki

Thoughts?

I’m a fellow researcher, so I can’t answer the questionnaire from the perspective of a project. But I’d love to see the questions and offer feedback. That would be instructive for me, as I’m working on doing a survey of this community as well.

I’m working on a specific project and would be open to answering.

@thomasbcox could you pls publish the questions? Also what networks are you interested to research? Here’s my list:

  • Ethereum
  • EOS
  • DASH
  • Tezos
  • Grin
  • Polkadot
  • Cosmos
  • Cardano
  • Decred

Also Luuk Weber already wants to write something on Decred.
